Tom is the firm's Managing Member and has tried numerous jury trials and hundreds of non-jury matters, arbitrations and mediations. Tom is in his thirty-first year of practice, all of which has been devoted to civil and commercial litigation in a variety of matters. At the request of his clients, Tom has been specially admitted to practice in the courts of Florida, New York and New Jersey on many occasions during his years of practice. Tom also serves as a mediator or arbitrator in personal injury, construction, contract and commercial matters. Tom was born and raised in Philadelphia and still resides in the City with his wife, Diane, and their children. For enjoyment, he plays ice hockey, participates in Crossfit activities and competitions, and golfs in the warmer months of the year.

Nick is an experienced attorney who has been admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 2015. After concentrating on business and entrepreneurship in law school, Nick began his career at a midsize law firm representing financial institutions in all aspects of foreclosure and eviction proceedings. In January, 2022, Nick joined the firm in an Of Counsel position handling debt collection matters.
